Step 9 · Editing
Snip, trim or remove
- 1To remove a part, press H or click Highlight, and drag across it.
- 2Press Delete, then H again to turn Highlight off.
- 3To snip, click the ruler where to snip, then press S or click Split.
- 4Click a piece and press Delete to remove it.
- 5Drag a clip's edge to trim it. Drag the clip to move it.
- 6With Linkage on, graphics, sound and music move with the video. Press L to turn it off.
Undo with ⌘Z on a Mac or Ctrl+Z on Windows. Click the timeline first so the keys work.
